A background in accounting with Arthur Andersen & Co. has given Richie a set of skills that has come in handy over the years as she and Sidney have applied themselves to developing properties and businesses of all kinds including a health club, mini warehouses, truck stops and the like.  They are married and have been a team for thirty six years. Their home is in Hattiesburg, Mississippi with their Australian Shepherd, Preacher.
